This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for bookings made through https://newindiadmc.com/. By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
  • The balance amount must be paid before the commencement of travel, as per the booking terms shared.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other authorized methods.

2. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing (via email). The following cancellation charges will apply:

  • 30 days or more before travel date – 10% of the total package cost
  • 15–29 days before travel date – 25% of the total package cost
  • 7–14 days before travel date – 50% of the total package cost
  • Less than 7 days before travel date / No-Show – 100% of the package cost (no refund)

Note: Certain hotels, airlines, and transport providers may have stricter cancellation policies, which will apply in addition to the above.


3. Cancellation by New India DMC

In rare cases where New India DMC must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions, insufficient bookings, etc.):

  • We will offer you the option of a full refund or an alternate travel package of similar value.
  • If you accept an alternate package of lesser value, the balance amount will be refunded.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14–21 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or service fees are non-refundable.

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive on the scheduled date of travel, check-in, or departure (“No-Show”), no refund will be applicable under any circumstances.


6. Amendment Policy

  • Requests for changes in travel dates, hotels, or itineraries will be considered subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply as per hotel/airline/service provider rules.

7. Force Majeure

New India DMC shall not be liable for any cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, refund rules will depend on the policies of hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
